You’re a busy person: family, work, life in general all place demands on your time.  Your training is important.  You have a goal.  You need to be efficient.

Lucky for you, I am a master at writing efficient training programs that will get you fitter and faster, in less time.

My philosophy is very simple: I believe that consistent, systematic and progressive hard work pays off, whether that means working hard to improve swim technique or hard work on the hills pedaling, you won’t improve without putting in the time and pushing yourself beyond the comfort level.  But you have to do this in proper sequence.

I believe there is no substitute for experience, and I have lots of that.

I am more than happy to share it with you.

1.   I have four goals for every athlete I work with.  They are very simple, but very effective:

2.   keep you healthy;

3.   make sport a part of your life, not just a phase;

4.   get you the start line healthy, rested and ready to go; and,

5.   get you to the finish as quickly as possible.

My clients have an impressive record of performances, from winning races outright, to age group wins, World Championship podium finishes, Boston Marathon qualifiers, innumerable best times, to completing just about everything they start, all while having loads of fun.

And that’s what it’s all about, right?
